About the Role:
Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator – Environment Operations. This is a long-term contract role initially for 12 months with 1 x 12-month extension, located at our client’s hybrid working locations across QLD, WA, ACT, NSW, NT, SA, TAS.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Execute scheduled and ad-hoc Salesforce sandbox refreshes
- Monitor environment health and integration endpoints
- Perform deployment tasks via CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT)
- Support test data loading, anonymisation, and user provisioning
- Manage operational runbooks, documentation, and incident resolution
- Liaise with Salesforce support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Salesforce Administrator and Omnistudio Consultant certifications
- Experience with deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, and AutoRABIT
- Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, New Relic, or Datadog
- Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot environment-related issues
- Experience working in government or large enterprise environments
It is desirable if you have:
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain Baseline security clearance.
