We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Financial Analyst to join a major ERP transformation program, delivering innovative solutions that streamline finance operations and enhance service delivery. This role will provide expert SAP finance capability within the Finance Value Stream, promoting Fit-to-Standard (Adopt not Adapt) solutions and driving integration across multiple business functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver SAP Finance expertise across Controlling (CO) and Asset Accounting (AA) modules.
- Lead cross-functional workshops and specialised task groups.
- Support data migration, cutover, and integration with other value streams.
- Collaborate with senior finance leaders to design cost models aligned to strategic goals.
- Review program deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Deep knowledge of CO, AA, and fixed assets.
- Strong experience in cost model design, process optimisation, and ERP integration.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive change in complex environments.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology or equivalent.
