- Provide day-to-day operational support for existing identity platforms, including AD, Entra, and eDirectory.
- Deliver agreed outcomes in line with commitments between the Information Technology Branch and the wider TMR business.
- Identify, analyse, document, and manage complex changes, incidents, and problems in accordance with established ITIL processes and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems is advantageous.
