A major national program is seeking a motivated Subcontracts Specialist to support the Enterprise Network Modernisation PrograM- part of a significant Air Traffic Modernisation initiative. You will join a Commercial function assisting with the end-to-end management of major subcontracts in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, NDAs and subcontract modifications
- Support supplier vetting, quality approvals and compliance record-keeping
- Process subcontract invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare meeting minutes, briefing packs and communications
- Support governance, change control and audit activities
- 4-7 years’ experience in subcontracts, contracts, procurement, legal, compliance, finance or related disciplines
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder engagement capability
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
- Must be an Australian Citizen
