Project Scheduler
We’re seeking a Project Scheduler to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex customer programs, directly impacting on customer satisfaction and project financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end schedule, budget, and risks of customer-focused projects.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and driving overall project success.
• Will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and proactive communication, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that embraces change.
• With opportunities to apply best practices and influence project outcomes
• Empowered to make a meaningful impact in transforming customer experiences in the telecommunications industry.
Required Skills:
• 4-6 years’ experience as Project Scheduler and Coordinator within Telecommunications domain
• Must have Local Australian Telco Project experience
• Skilled in managing complex multiyear projects and budgets
• Strong risk management capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a global mindset
• Expeinece utilizing project management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of financial forecasting and profit margin management is a plus
