One of our client's in the utilities space is seeking a seasoned Integration Project Manager to lead a high-impact program tied to a merger/acquisition. This strategic role involves overseeing planning, due diligence, transition, and execution phases while aligning with the organisation’s values and objectives. You must have strong experience in Utilities, Industrial Services, or Construction industries to be considered.
You’ll collaborate across stakeholder groups, manage vendors, ensure compliance, and help drive transformational change in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a 12-month contract with high extension potential, working 3 days onsite (flexible) and 2 from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integration plan phase and oversee technology due diligence.
- Co-manage RFI processes to select a Lead System Integrator.
- Ensure alignment across technology teams and transition plans.
- Drive collaborative team culture and champion inclusivity and safety.
- Uphold regulatory, ethical, and sustainability standards.
- Manage risk, budgets, vendor performance, and program reporting.
- Must have a background background in sectors such as Utilities, Industrial Services, or Construction (you will not be considered if you have not worked in these industries directly due to the nature of the project)
- Strong background in large-scale tech integration or transformation programs.
- Skilled in RFI/RFP and vendor selection processes.
- Confident stakeholder manager with experience in regulated industries (utilities, construction, industrial services highly preferred).
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or related field.
- Deep understanding of integration delivery frameworks.
- Familiarity with Australian regulatory codes and standards preferred.
