We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with demonstrated expertise in project delivery. Experience engaging with Director-level stakeholders and proficiency in program-level reporting is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of complex project initiatives, ensuring delivery of fit-for-purpose outcomes by effectively managing scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Collaborate closely with the Capability Manager to develop and advance project and product submissions in alignment.
- Drive Fundamental Input to Capability (FIC) integration through proactive stakeholder engagement.
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive project governance documentation (e.g., iPMP) to support structured delivery and compliance with mandated frameworks.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely project and product reporting using relevant enterprise tools and systems such as PPRIP and SPMS, ensuring transparency and traceability of outcomes.
- Oversee workflow and resource management, developing detailed team plans.
