About the Role:
The IT Network Project Co-ordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of network infrastructure projects across Australia.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, the Project Co-ordinator plays a key role in driving successful project outcomes while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Lead and coordinate kick-off sessions and discovery workshops with internal teams and external vendors.
- Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, design, network diagrams, and configuration plans.
- Engage with internal stakeholders such as IT Operations, Service Delivery Managers, and site representatives.
- Monitor project milestones, proactively track issues and risks, and escalate concerns to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and readily accessible for ongoing support and maintenance.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience coordinating IT infrastructure or network projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with vendors and managing external service delivery.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate into actionable plans.
- Certifications in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP).
