We’re partnering with a globally recognised tech company that has produced over 100 million devices worldwide from smart home systems and ISP networking solutions to next-generation IT platforms for enterprise environments.
With their global success continuing to scale, they are now establishing a dedicated R&D team here in Australia. This is your chance to be part of something new, bold, and built from the ground up. If you're a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for taking products from concept to global rollout and you're looking for a role where you’ll be challenged, trusted, and inspired, this could be your next big move.
Your new role:
As the Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full product lifecycle from Proof of Concept (PoC) through New Product Introduction (NPI) to Mass Production (MP). You’ll collaborate closely with global engineering, QA, operations, and sales teams to ensure delivery of truly world-class products.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end product development across PoC, NPI, and MP stages
• Develop product roadmaps, define requirements, and manage release timelines
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, QA, marketing, and manufacturing
• Monitor performance, analyse market trends, and gather customer feedback
• Support go-to-market strategies and product positioning
• Contribute to leadership and strategic planning; opportunity to grow into a Site Lead role
What we’re looking for:
• 5–10+ years’ experience in Product Management or Technical Program Management
• Proven track record with hardware/system-level product development
• Experience working with Networking, NAS, or Audio product lines
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle: PoC → NPI → MP
• Exposure to distributed/global R&D and manufacturing teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
• Technical/engineering background highly regarded
Why join?
This is more than just a Product Manager role, it’s a chance to shape the future of technology in Australia. Our client values bold ideas, open minds, and people who take pride in their work.
