The Role
Working closely with engineering and product leadership, you’ll take ownership of business-critical support tickets, system changes, and operational enhancements. This is a hands-on delivery role – where judgement, responsiveness, and technical context matter more than blue-sky strategy. You’ll lead a small team of BAs, triage issues in flight, and keep platform improvements moving forward across compliance, legislation, and user experience requirements.
You’ll act as a key bridge between product, operations, and engineering – ensuring what needs to happen, happens. Fast.
What You’ll Need to Bring
- Strong working knowledge of superannuation platforms, regulatory obligations, and BAU feature operations
- Product experience within wealth, super, or financial services, especially around member servicing, compliance changes, or tech uplift
- Excellent communication and organisational skills – able to identify priority tickets, assign resources, and deliver meaningful fixes fast
- Comfort leading BAU teams and working closely with tech teams to assess feasibility, integrations, and incident response
- A mindset that thrives on ownership, structure, and steady delivery – not strategic vision alone
- Must be Sydney-based (flexible working available)
