Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of product roadmaps, aligning with strategic objectives and capability outcomes.
- Manage product/project scope, risks, schedules, resources, and budgets with precision and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across all Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC).
- Conduct comprehensive cost analyses to optimise resource allocation and financial performance.
- Drive commercial contract negotiations, ensuring compliance and favourable terms for all parties.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders with confidence, fostering alignment and transparent communication.
- Mentor and guide junior team members with subject matter expertise.
- Proven success in product management or project delivery in large, complex environments—ideally within Defence, Aerospace, or similar industries.
- Strong capabilities in contract and cost management, with an ability to deliver on time and on budget.
- High-level stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A structured approach to risk, issues, and opportunity management.
- Experience working with Defence frameworks such as the One Defence Capability System, PPRIP, SPMS, and iPMP is highly desirable.
