Process Consultant — large multinational company

We are seeking an experienced Process Consultant
with a strong background in telecommunications
to lead the design, optimization, and governance of end-to-end change processes across network and IT domains, driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Map current end-to-end change processes (from request to post-implementation review) across multiple technology domains including RAN, Core, IPN, Cloud, and Transmission.
• Design and define target-state processes incorporating policies, control gates, separation of duties, risk routing, and required documentation standards.
• Streamline and standardize process checklists, ensuring validation criteria, freshness requirements, and defined responsibilities for execution and verification.
• Develop and document data models, field definitions, and reporting structures for change management systems (e.g., NSM/Helix).
• Create comprehensive process documentation and governance artefacts including RACI charts, approval matrices, SOPs, templates, and training materials.
Skills & Experience
• Business Process Consultants / Sr. Business Process Analyst related experience
• 8-10 Years in process improvement or change management within Telco or ITIL driven environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation capability (Visio, Confluence, M365)
• Exposure to NSM/Helix is highly desirable
