You will provide both strategic leadership and technical oversight, ensuring operational excellence, continuous service improvement, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Security Operations team in a 24/7 on-call support model
- Provide expert technical leadership in network security and infrastructure
- Develop new client-focused security services aligned with industry best practices
- Strong experience in firewall, DNS, and security technologies (e.g., Juniper SRX, Palo Alto, Cisco, Checkpoint, VPN)
- Deep understanding of network security, operations and standards
- Demonstrated leadership in managing security teams within complex environments
- Experience with securing Redhat Linux/Microsoft Windows Server (desirable)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
