Join a major operator in the upstream energy sector, delivering critical infrastructure and digital services across remote, onshore, and offshore sites. This senior, high-impact role works closely with C-level stakeholders to ensure enterprise networks are resilient, scalable, and future-ready, supporting complex multi-region operations and cloud connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, standardisation, and optimisation of enterprise network architecture.
  • Develop and maintain network roadmaps, including multi-region SD-WAN deployments and migrations.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable network solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership on complex network projects, vendor engagements, and performance optimisation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Essential Experience & Skills:
  • 10+ years in enterprise network architecture and engineering, ideally across multi-region environments.
  • Strong experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • CCIE certification required.
  • Proven expertise in Cisco networking and AWS cloud networking.
  • Hands-on experience with SD-WAN design, deployment, and/or migration across multiple regions.
  • Experience leading complex infrastructure projects and managing vendor-provided services.

Desirable / Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with Starlink or satellite-based network deployments and connectivity solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (ITIL, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) to support structured network operations and continuous improvement.

We are specifically looking for applicants based in Adelaide currently or willing looking to relocate.
