About the Role:
As the PMO Data and Tech Specialist you will provide technical and subject matter expertise relating to scheduling on the business transformation. Specifically, you will support technology and
business teams with ADO, MS Project and Excel schedule management, data governance/quality management and tool administration activities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Master Schedule across Azure Devops (ADO) and MS Project
- Track, manage and communicate schedule changes in line with program change control processes, and advise of risks, issues and impacts to critical path.
- Support change request management in relation to schedule changes through analysis including impacts and mitigations.
- Provide scheduling and prepare data loads & associated quality checks & resolution.
- Schedule tools and provide coaching and capability uplift to teams, and identify opportunities for planning, scheduling and quality controls improvements
- As part of the PMO Controls and Governance team, support a framework, and ongoing governance process.
- Provide support to PMO Lead on specific projects and initiatives, as needed.
- Experience in complex ERP or similar large technology implementation programs
- Expert is administration and use of program management scheduling and reporting tools – Azure DevOps, MS Project and Power BI.
- Knowledge of best practice data management including design and quality management
- Knowledge of waterfall and agile project delivery practices
- Ability to prioritise and work with minimal guidance to tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder engagement across large program teams
