About the role:
Seeking a part time Organisational Change Manager to work in a service transformation program for a government department in Brisbane.
Required skills :
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategically aligned organisational change within a large, politically sensitive environment
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex ICT-enabled organisational change using recognised change management methodologies
- A change management certification (Prosci / ADKAR/ Similar)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
