- We are seeking an Organisational Change Manager to join a globally recognised resources organisation embarking on a high-impact transformation program aimed at optimising operational performance and extending the lifecycle of its diverse portfolio of sites. This strategic initiative is reshaping how planning and execution are approached across complex, multi-site environments.
We’re looking for a hands-on Change Practitioner to start end of July, early August to support a large-scale program with a focus on communications, engagement, and sustainability planning. You’ll work closely with the OCM Lead to help shape and deliver change activities, support senior leader engagement, and ensure quality and consistency across the program’s change deliverables.
- This role is ideal for someone who’s confident working at the program level, enjoys collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, and can bring structure and energy to change initiatives.
- Program Comms & Engagement - Support the planning and delivery of program-level communications and engagement activities.
- Help craft clear, consistent messaging that resonates with different stakeholder groups; Coordinate events, forums, and updates to keep people informed and involved.
- Senior Leadership Support - Work closely with the Program Manager and executive leader to support their engagement with senior leaders; Provide tools, messaging, and coordination to help them communicate the change effectively and gain leadership buy-in.
- Sustainability Planning - Help develop plans to embed and sustain change beyond go-live; Identify risks to adoption and work with teams to address them early.
- Quality Assurance - Support the OCM Lead in reviewing change deliverables across the program; Help ensure consistency, alignment, and quality in all change-related outputs.
- Highly emotionally intelligent with exceptional communications skills - a demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups from frontline to senior leadership
- Significant experience working at a program/portfolio level to drive the delivery of change strategy and deliverables
- Experience coaching and supporting change practitioners
- Significant experience coaching and influencing senior leaders to drive change outcomes
- Experience working globally and cross-culturally is highly desirable
- A demonstrated ability to work in complex, global environments
- The ability to work at pace, and to grasp and translate complex technical concepts
- Preferred Industries worked - EPCM and/or Resources - Oil & Gas, Mining
