Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager (OCM) to support the successful implementation of a large-scale enterprise ICT transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for driving business readiness, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring minimal disruption as systems, processes, and teams transition to a new operational state.
 
As the organisation moves from pilot into broad deployment, the OCM will play a critical role in aligning business processes, support models, and change strategies to enable a smooth, coordinated transition across multiple stakeholder groups.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with ICT, business support teams, and vendors to align operational readiness and service handover milestones.
  • Identify, analyse, and manage change impacts to ensure teams are prepared and supported throughout the transformation.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder consultations, and feedback loops to maintain engagement and address concerns.
  • Provide guidance on transition activities, ensuring processes, people, and systems are aligned to support ongoing operations post-deployment.
 
Skills & Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Organisational Change Manager, ideally within enterprise ICT projects.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL service management frameworks and service transition processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Experience facilitating requirements elicitation, impact assessments, and change readiness planning.
