We’re hiring an Operational Technology Specialist to manage and support critical operational systems across shopping centres — including CCTV, access control, BMS, parking tech, solar, foot traffic counters, digital signage, and more. You’ll ensure these technologies run smoothly, securely, and in line with business needs.
You’ll work closely with IT, operations teams, and vendors, driving performance, reliability, and innovation across a diverse technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain operational tech systems (CCTV, BMS, customer experience tech, etc.)
- Act as SME for technology changes and upgrades
- Collaborate with operations teams across multiple regions
- Manage and review vendor contracts and performance
- Ensure security, resilience, and compliance across all OT systems
- Explore and recommend emerging technologies
- 5+ years’ experience in Operational Technology or similar roles
- Strong understanding of surveillance, building, parking, energy, and CX systems
- Experience managing vendors and service providers
- Knowledge of tech security, backup, and recovery standards
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills
