We’re hiring an Operational Technology Specialist to manage and support critical operational systems across shopping centres — including CCTV, access control, BMS, parking tech, solar, foot traffic counters, digital signage, and more. You’ll ensure these technologies run smoothly, securely, and in line with business needs.
You’ll work closely with IT, operations teams, and vendors, driving performance, reliability, and innovation across a diverse technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement support processes across shopping centre technologies
- Manage incident and change management workflows
- Work closely with external vendors and internal teams
- Recommend lifecycle replacement strategies
- Evaluate current OT environment and identify gaps
- Collaborate with Operations Managers and teams across Cyber, Engineering, and Networks
ServiceNow, Milestone CCTV, Airmaster/Tridium BMS, Ski Data, Broadsign, MRI Evolution, SafetyCulture, Rapid Global, Windows Server, AD, SQL, IIS, Datadog, SolarWinds, Site24x7
Ideal Background:
- Experience with commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, or Tier 1 builders/integrators
- Strong infrastructure/systems engineering experience
- Hands-on CCTV/access control implementation
- Good understanding of networking (no certs required)
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Network management
- Cyber/infrastructure/architecture exposure
