We are seeking an experienced Principal Operational Technology Manager to lead the transformation of OT environments across critical infrastructure and services. This role is pivotal in modernising legacy systems, embedding cybersecurity-by-design, and integrating OT with smart infrastructure, AI/ML, cloud, and data platforms.
You will shape enterprise priorities, influence executive decision-making, and deliver measurable value to customers, communities, and stakeholders. With proven expertise in SCADA, DCS, IIoT, and large-scale, safety-critical operations, you will drive innovation, resilience, and performance across OT domains.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic transformation of OT into a digitally integrated ecosystem.
- Champion security-first, resilient architectures aligned with regulatory frameworks.
- Build cross-functional alignment across IT, engineering, operations, and asset management.
- Mentor and motivate high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Cyber Security, or related discipline.
- Experience in leading OT transformation in large enterprises.
- Strong executive engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience integrating OT with IT, cloud, and cybersecurity strategies.
