About the role
- Develop, implement and maintain APM, logging and monitoring solutions (New Relic, Sumo Logic, ServiceNow ITOM).
- Define and refine SLIs/SLOs and drive service reliability and operational readiness.
- Support incident investigation, RCA and improvement of service performance.
- Contribute to the observability roadmap and uplift best practices across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors on configuration, integration and support tasks.
- Maintain documentation, follow change processes and provide occasional after-hours support.
About you
- 3+ years’ experience in monitoring, observability, operations, DevOps or SRE roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with APM and logging tools (New Relic, AppDynamics, DataDog, Dynatrace, Sumo Logic, Splunk).
- Experience in large-scale cloud or hybrid enterprise environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Scripting experience (Python/JavaScript) and familiarity with Java/J2EE application environments.
- ServiceNow Event Management experience desirable.
