Sydney based, 2-3 days on-site / 2 days WFH (hybrid flexibility)
We are seeking Mid and Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants to join our clients’ growing team. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions that transform business processes and enhance stakeholder engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, Agile environment, supporting enterprise-level projects and contributing to meaningful digital transformation initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
• Develop requirements and solution designs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications.
• Analyse and understand complex business problems, with experience in finance industry highly desirable.
• Lead or support data modelling, process design, configuration, and customisation.
• Apply best practices in development, deployment, and testing.
• Assist in training, UAT, and stakeholder engagement.
• Present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Resolve client and stakeholder queries with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently with accountability for outcomes, while supporting team members in evaluating technical alternatives.
Qualifications & Experience
• Solid Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant / Analyst relevant experience
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 platform, solution design, and delivery
• Experience in performing high-level configuration and customisation
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated business acumen, resilience, and customer service excellence
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (highly desirable)
• (For Senior Consultant) Must have experience in leading functional specialist in enterprise environment
