About the Role:
Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist.
This is a long-term contract role (12 months from 27 October 2025 to 25 October 2026) with 2 x 6-month extension options, located at our client’s Canberra or Melbourne (Docklands) office, with hybrid working arrangements.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Support the development of a Microsoft 365 roadmap through knowledge sharing and direct knowledge transfer.
- Integrate M365, Intune, Windows 11, and Windows Hello for Business with internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive technology adoption.
- Prototype, configure, and develop technical solutions within M365 and related products.
- Develop technical design artefacts for stakeholders and executives.
- Ensure M365 solutions meet relevant cyber security requirements including PSPF and Essential 8.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Experience architecting secure, scalable solutions across M365 (including Copilot), Intune, Autopilot, Windows Hello for Business, and Windows 11.
- M365 administration experience (Teams, SharePoint, Purview, Power Platform).
- Technical knowledge supporting enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other M365 services.
- Experience in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments with hybrid cloud integration.
- Certifications in ITIL 4 and SIAM.
- Working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, and ADFS for secure authentication flows.
- Willingness to actively participate in knowledge/skills transfer activities.
It is desirable if you have:
- Experience presenting at internal forums and leading knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Familiarity with cyber security documentation and compliance frameworks.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with existing Baseline security clearance(minimum).
