We are seeking a creative and experienced Learning Content Specialist to design, build, and maintain engaging learning experiences that enhance learner outcomes across our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders and SMEs to deliver high-quality, visually compelling training content that aligns with business goals and scales across diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging, informational, and visually compelling learning experiences.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure training materials are consistent, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Build strong relationships with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure learning solutions meet business and learner needs.
- Apply agile methodology to manage content projects, prioritize backlogs, and achieve milestones.
- Collect and analyze course evaluation data to improve training content and effectiveness.
- Develop training materials using eLearning authoring tools and multimedia software.
- Continuously improve learning content, methodology, and processes to maintain high quality and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure quality assurance processes are applied, including verification, error correction, and compliance with design standards.
- Deploy content into Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintain the learning catalogue.
- 2+ years’ experience building and maintaining training materials.
- Proficiency with Articulate or similar eLearning development software.
- Knowledge of eLearning standards (SCORM, AICC, Tin Can API) and LMS deployment.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience in script writing, art direction, video/audio editing, and interactive content creation.
- Familiarity with Agile instructional design methodology.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Knowledge of learning evaluation, analytics, and tools for measuring effectiveness.
