The opportunity
As QA Lead, you’ll guide a team of 6–7 engineers and own QA end-to-end across complex platforms from financial systems through to modern client portals. You’ll set the direction, build frameworks, and embed QA into every part of delivery.
What you’ll bring
- Finance, wealth, or banking background (essential) – experience with regulated, high-stakes systems
- Proven leadership in QA/Test Lead or Manager roles – ability to inspire, uplift, and influence
- Hands-on automation expertise (e.g. Selenium) and CI/CD environment knowledge
