Lead Appian Developer
We’re seeking a skilled Lead Appian Developer
to join our client’s team and contribute to the development of a brand-new solution on the Appian platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, enhance, and support Appian applications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other Appian developers
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and encourage knowledge sharing
• Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for applications and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues when they arise
Required Skills:
• 7-8+ years Appian Developer with Lead experience
• Appian Lead Developer experience across large enterprise environments, mentoring Junior Developers both onshore and offshore is preferred
• Must be Appian Certified
• Ideally with Financial, Banking, Insurance or relevant domain experience
