This is an administrative role ideal for a recent graduate, someone early in their career, or even someone in the twilight of their career looking for meaningful work. The Knowledge Management Administrator will support the team’s strategic and continuous improvement initiatives, while also handling day-to-day user support and system administration. This is a 12m contract opportunity (either day rate or fixed term - up to you) with a potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide user support and administration across Knowledge Management systems including   EDRMS, Bipsync (research), and Confluence
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding of users, user setup, and maintenance
  • Handle centralised inboxes/mailboxes for support queries and issue resolution
  • Assist with procurement and access to agency-wide subscriptions and investment research tools
  • Support the manager and analysts with hands-on help and strategic initiatives
  • Participate in UAT testing, user training, and occasional project work (e.g., designing an Instagram page)
  • Contribute to change management processes, including recent EMR transitions
  • Send information to the   National Archives for preservation and manage unstructured data
