We are seeking a passionate and capable Jnr Data Architect to join a newly formed team and play a foundational role in designing and implementing enterprise data architecture. This permanent position offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership and drive strategic data initiatives using modern cloud technologies, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement scalable, secure, and modern data architecture aligned with business and transformation goals.
- Design data models, integration patterns, and governance frameworks to support analytics, AI/ML, and data products.
- Establish best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and consumption using Azure services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data delivery and quality.
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship across data platforms and projects.
- Have collaborated with Data Architects in the past on projects where they designed and implemented enterprise-level data solutions.
- Microsoft Azure certification (preferred: Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Data Scientist).
- Strong knowledge of Azure data services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL).
- Expertise in modern data architecture principles including data lakes, data mesh, and cloud-native solutions.
- Hands-on experience with data modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and real-time data streaming.
