Job Titl e: ITSM Service Architect
Contract duration: initial 12 months – high chance of extension
Opportunity at one of Australia’s leading Telco companies – The ITSM Service Architect leads the design and implementation of continual improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to customers in the Managed and Support Services ANZ Region.
You will be responsible for:
- Service Improvement Recommending improvement initiatives Providing maturity assessments and governance recommendations
- Service Management Expert and Coach Acting as a subject matter expert and ITSM Coach Providing training and guidance on good service management practices
- Service Custodian Custodian for our service management system Single Point of Contact for the global Service Now team
- Service Design Creating Service designs as per the ANZ Service Design and Transition Practice Framework
Experience and Skills Essential:
- Senior-level ITSM experience, including experience in developing and improving service management processes
- Experience with enterprise service, process, or functional capability development, including conducting maturity assessments, developing roadmaps, and establishing governance
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of service architecture and managed solutions design
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage stakeholders to uncover pain points, areas for improvement, manage governance and provide effective training and guidance
- Good understanding of Service Now or other Service Management systems
- Ability to review and produce clear and concise service management documents
- Ability to effectively coach and train Service Management professionals
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
- ITIL Service Management Certification
