About the Role:
Our Federal Government Client is seeking two Solution Architects with strong experience in Genesys Engage, Verint, and Nuance Voice Biometrics.
This is a 12-month contract role with 2 x 12-month extension options, located in Canberra, Brisbane, Newcastle, Adelaide, Sydney, or Melbourne with flexible working arrangements.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Deliver end-to-end (E2E) IT Solution Design (PL210) and IT data components as prioritised by the business.
- Ensure high-level solution designs align with their enterprise architecture patterns, principles, frameworks, and strategies.
- Guide and interpret ATO business requirements to ensure compliance with governance processes, methodologies, and standards.
- Support development of procurement documentation and Statements of Requirements (SoR).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify and mitigate design, integration, and technology risks.
- Engage with enabling areas (e.g., Cyber Security, Technology Assurance, Procurement) to validate assumptions and resolve issues.
- Provide input for costings, documentation, and system architecture.
- Offer advice in line with Whole-of-Government (WoG) and their technology directions.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Proven experience in large-scale contact centre transitions from on-premises to Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS).
- Expertise with Genesys Engage, Verint, and Nuance Voice Biometrics.
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale ICT projects within government or large organisations, particularly contact centre transformation projects.
- Knowledge of ISM, IRAP, and compliance requirements for contact centres.
- Experience providing SME input for solution shortlisting and evaluation.
- Strong understanding of integration (identity, access, security, logging, monitoring) and infrastructure (WAN, PSTN, SIP, gateways, cloud models).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, senior executives, SMEs, advisors, and vendors.
It is desirable if you have:
- Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities in contact centre transformation projects.
- Experience contributing to technical documentation including designs, security and audit logging plans, and system architecture.
- Familiarity with Whole-of-Government ICT frameworks and approaches.
- Prior experience supporting Approach to Market (ATM) documentation and evaluations.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline clearance (current clearance preferred).
