About the role:
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Network Project Manager to lead a major on-site infrastructure upgrade encompassing Cisco switching, Wi-Fi, structured cabling (Cat6/fiber), and UPS systems. This role will drive the end-to-end delivery of a critical hardware refresh program across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle for LAN, Wi-Fi, cabling, and UPS upgrades.
- Collaborate with network engineers, cabling vendors, and facilities teams.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation.
- Oversee hardware delivery, installation, testing, and handover.
- Ensure compliance with safety, IT, and change control standards.
Requirements:
- Experience managing network infrastructure projects.
- Proven success with Cisco switch/wireless upgrades in enterprise settings.
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling (Cat6/fiber) and UPS systems.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Desirable:
Familiarity with ITIL, cabling/electrical coordination, and hands-on networking background.
