Job Title: IT Project Manager
Duration: 12 Month Contract (with possibility of extension)
Location: Sydney, NSW (Hybrid flexibility / 2-3 days on site weekly)
We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager
with a strong track record in delivering complex technology projects. In this role, you will lead the successful implementation of enterprise systems—including ERP, CRM, and cloud-hosted solutions—while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. You will bring a strategic and integrated approach to project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining high stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, program directors, product owners, development teams, and vendors to align project delivery with strategic business goals.
• Oversee the implementation of enterprise-level systems, including ERP applications, enterprise CRM, and cloud-hosted platforms.
• Develop and present robust business cases and project proposals to secure approval and funding for initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment, change management, and post-go-live transition to operations.
• Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to distil complex information into evidence-based recommendations.
• Mentor other project managers within the Enterprise Applications Program and effectively lead multiple concurrent projects within a collaborative and evolving team environment.
Must Have Skills/Experience:
• Over 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, leading end-to-end delivery of technology and software application projects
• 5-7 years’ experience with Implementation of ERP Applications, Enterprise CRM, Cloud hosted solutions or similar
• Strong understanding of project integration requirements and platforms
• Ideally have Government project background
