About the role
Seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of a major technology project.
This role involves working closely with the project manager and team members to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing project costs, budgets, and procurement activities.
- Track project performance using tools such as Planview and Power BI.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Organize stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (desirable).
- Several years experience in project coordination or similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
- Experience in large-scale IT / Engineering / Mining projects highly regarded.
