We’re looking for two reliable and tech-savvy Helpdesk Support professionals to join the IT team at a busy Moorebank distribution centre during the upcoming peak period.
You’ll be providing after-hours IT support to onsite staff, helping to keep operations running smoothly by resolving basic technical issues and ensuring equipment is in top shape.
This is an after hours rotating roster as per below:
• Rotating between Sunday–Wednesday and Wednesday–Saturday
• Hours: 5pm–3am or 6pm–4am
(includes initial two week of paid training, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm)
What you’ll be doing
• Providing Level 1 IT support for Windows laptops, printers, and related devices
• Performing basic troubleshooting, and equipment checks
• Assisting with stock counts, audits and general IT maintenance tasks
• Logging and escalating issues where required
• Delivering great customer service and clear communication at all times
What we’re looking for
• Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or support role (preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, flexible and proactive attitude
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Available to commit for the full 8-week period and attend training
• Must have full working rights in Australia
