Join one of Australia’s leading banks and play a key role in managing the technology assets that support thousands of employees nationwide. We’re seeking an IT Asset Logistics Analyst to support the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of workplace technology across the organisation.
About the Role As an IT Asset Logistics Analyst, you’ll be part of a collaborative Workplace Optimisation team responsible for the lifecycle management of IT hardware — from acquisition and warehousing through to deployment and disposal. You’ll ensure that workplace technology assets are accurately recorded in ServiceNow and are efficiently utilised across the enterprise.
Location & On-Site Requirement: This role is based on-site at our Knox, Melbourne office and requires 5 days per week attendance. The site offers free on-site parking for employees
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of workplace hardware assets
- Record and track all asset movements in ServiceNow with a high degree of accuracy
- Coordinate logistics with vendors, couriers, and internal project teams
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain warehouse inventory accuracy
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup, including labelling and shipment tracking
- Create asset and purchase order reports for management and audit purposes
- Support process improvements to optimise IT asset lifecycle and logistics efficiency
- Maintain compliance with workplace safety and operational standards
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in IT asset management, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with inventory or asset tracking systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Manual handling experience (ability to lift up to 20kgs)
- Familiarity with modern warehousing and dispatch practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Forklift licence and an interest in IT hardware – desirable
