About the role:
We’re looking for a IP Solution Integration Engineer to support the design and integration of IP and Optical Transmission technologies across critical industries like rail, mining, energy, and aviation..
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, analyse, and optimise complex IP network configurations aligned to customer needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, capacity planning, and end-to-end network architecture design.
- Create and maintain technical documentation (TSDs, HLDs, LLDs, test plans, etc.).
- Lead automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide expert input during customer engagements and project reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Telecom background with expertise in IP/MPLS, Segment Routing, VPNs, Mobile Backhaul, and Data Centre solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Nokia IP routers (7x50 SR/IXR, 7705 SAR, 7210 SAS) and NSP platform.
- Familiarity with tools and environments like VMware, OpenStack, RHEL, and scripting (Python/Perl).
- Strong customer engagement, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Certifications like Nokia SRA/SRC, CCIE, or JNCIE are highly regarded.
