We are seeking an experienced Identity Specialist to lead the design and implementation of identity technologies across a large enterprise digital environment. This role blends architecture, engineering, and technical leadership, offering the opportunity to work across multiple identity platforms and contribute to strategic security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement identity solutions using EntraID (IAM), SailPoint (IGA), CyberArk (PAM), and Active Directory.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps for identity platforms and their integration with business applications.
- Lead technical implementation efforts in collaboration with project teams and partners.
- Configure and engineer identity platforms to enable digital identity capabilities.
- Integrate identity solutions with endpoint and network environments, supporting Zero Trust principles.
- Provide oversight and technical guidance to identity engineers and implementation partners.
- Produce operational documentation and contribute to the development of identity practices.
- Consult with stakeholders on effective identity management strategies.
- 8+ years in identity architecture, engineering, or technical leadership.
- Hands-on experience with IAM, IGA, and PAM implementations in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of SailPoint, EntraID, CyberArk, and Active Directory.
- Experience in regulated industries such as utilities or energy.
- Familiarity with security standards including NIST, Essential 8, ASD ISM, AES-CSF, and SOCI Act.
- Understanding of Zero Trust architecture and operational technology environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within high-performing teams.
