About the role :
The Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and communicating requirements to support the delivery of engineering projects, working closely with a dedicated delivery team.
Required Experience:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-related industries, with strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Skilled in process mapping (e.g., BPMN 2.0) and facilitating workshops to define current and future state processes.
- Experience working on complex utility projects, including operational technology and system upgrades, especially in the energy sector.
- Able to gather and translate technical requirements into business-friendly documents such as user stories and impact assessments.
- Familiar with cyber security programs and tools (e.g., Tenable) and experienced in identifying risks, dependencies, and infrastructure needs.
