We are seeking a hands-on HSE Data & Insights Specialist to join our client on a 12-month contract.
This role suits an experienced professional with the ability to combine data science expertise with strong commercial acumen. You will turn complex HSE and operational data into actionable insights, influencing decisions across safety, risk, and performance.
This is an Adelaide based onsite role.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced analytics (Python, R, SQL, Power BI) to HSE and operational data.
- Develop dashboards, models, and reports to monitor safety and environmental performance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure insights inform business decisions.
- Balance compliance with commercial outcomes in a high-risk operational environment.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in HSE, risk, or operational analytics.
- Strong hands-on skills in data science/analytics.
- Commercial mindset – able to communicate insights in a business-relevant way.
- Proven stakeholder engagement at multiple levels.
