About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Test Manager to lead testing for a major HRMS implementation, covering HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management modules. You will ensure the system meets quality, performance, and business requirements across all testing phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage testing phases: Integration, UAT, Performance, Functional, and Regression
- Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and reports
- Coordinate test environments, schedules, and resources
- Oversee defect tracking and resolution
- Support UAT and rollout activities
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with HRMS/ERP testing, including HR, Payroll, and Workforce modules
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools (e.g. Azure DevOps)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
- Excellent planning, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors and/or Workforce Software is desirable
