Are you passionate about delivering excellent technical support and helping others succeed?
We’re looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Analyst to join a vibrant educational institution. In this entry-level support role, you’ll be the first point of contact for teachers, students, and staff—ensuring smooth ICT access, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with projects during school breaks.

What you’ll bring:

  • Level 1 IT support experience (hardware, software & networks)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, meet SLAs, and document processes
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of both Mac (preferred) and Windows environments
Bonus skills:
  • Previous experience in education or similar settings
  • ITIL or related certification
  • Project or change management exposure
Requirements:
  • Tertiary IT qualifications (preferred)
  • Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Onsite role, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm in McLaren Vale.
