We’re looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Analyst to join a vibrant educational institution. In this entry-level support role, you’ll be the first point of contact for teachers, students, and staff—ensuring smooth ICT access, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with projects during school breaks.
What you’ll bring:
- Level 1 IT support experience (hardware, software & networks)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests, meet SLAs, and document processes
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Knowledge of both Mac (preferred) and Windows environments
- Previous experience in education or similar settings
- ITIL or related certification
- Project or change management exposure
- Tertiary IT qualifications (preferred)
- Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Onsite role, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm in McLaren Vale.
