About:
We are seeking a skilled GenAI Developer to join our client’s onshore team for a 6-month contract, working on innovative solutions using Generative AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy GenAI models using LLMs, VLMs, and embedding techniques.
- Prepare and preprocess datasets to ensure quality and usability for model training.
- Evaluate model performance and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams, clearly communicating technical updates.
- Build and maintain Python-based applications to support GenAI workflows.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, or alternatives).
- Strong proficiency in Python application development.
- Solid understanding of RAG, Guardrails, and Agentic AI design patterns.
- Ability to work with and optimize large datasets for AI model consumption.
- Familiarity with model evaluation techniques and performance tuning.
Desired Skills:
Experience with MLOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
