These roles are Adelaide CBD based, and whilst hybrid working is supported, these are not fully remote roles, and you must have full Australian work rights.
Key Responsibilities will include
- Design, code and document complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications, using agreed standards and tools, delivering well-engineered results.
- Communicate with BAs and SMEs to define, understand and document business requirements.
- Identify and manage risks that are likely to affect delivery of system releases.
- Develop estimates of effort and duration for development tasks, monitor own progress and continually improve estimating accuracy.
- Report on progress, anomalies, risks and issues associated with allocated development tasks.
- Contribute technical expertise to requirements analysis to enhance the quality of solution design and to improving solution processes within the organisation.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of commercial work experience as a Full Stack developer e. mid to Senior level developers…this is NOT a Junior/entry level role
- Proven experience as a full stack developer using Java, Spring, Hibernate, HTML, JQuery, Bootstrap.
- .Net, C#, Python, R, React (for building SPAs) would also be a bonus!
- Knowledge of data storage systems such as Azure Databricks, DB2, SQL, Unix scripting, software configuration management; continuous build and integration tools; and automation tools such as SVN, Bamboo and Crucible.
- Experience using JIRA in an agile
- Testing platforms like cypress or equivalent.
- ETL solutions like SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
- Knowledge of EBX and related API, SOAP, CXF, JSON etc.
