Full Stack Developer – Identity & Access Management

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a major digital transformation program, focused on delivering a new Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform. This role will be pivotal in building secure, scalable identity and access services that enable a seamless and unified customer experience across multiple enterprise applications.

As a senior member of the development team, you will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and other developers to design, develop, and integrate CIAM capabilities primarily on the Microsoft Azure platform. The position requires a strong focus on backend services and integrations, while also contributing to modern front-end development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain CIAM-related APIs and system integrations using .NET Core and Azure services.
  • Translate solution designs into secure, high-quality, and maintainable code.
  • Contribute to backend development including service orchestration, data modelling, and processing pipelines.
  • Support the development of customer-facing account management and profile features.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and support production releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in .NET Core backend development including APIs and system integrations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, APIM, Key Vault, Cosmos DB).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure B2C and identity/authentication flows.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST APIs, queues, service bus).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Front-end development experience (React preferred).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of the Trusted Digital Identity Framework (TDIF).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and secure coding practices.
