We’re looking for an experienced Learning Experience Designer to create, curate and deliver engaging learning programs that build capability across the organisation. You’ll use your consulting, design and project management skills to deliver learning solutions that are accessible, data-driven and focused on improving employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope and design end-to-end learning experiences that meet business needs
- Develop or deliver engaging learning content and activities
- Plan and manage learning programs, ensuring delivery on time and to quality standards
- Simplify the learner experience through innovation and technology
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new learning programs or platforms
- Evaluate learning outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Manage campaigns and report on engagement and performance
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure learning initiatives add measurable value
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proven experience designing digital and blended learning solutions
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting capability
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and improve learning outcomes
- Experience with usability testing and learner feedback cycles
- Hands-on experience with Workday Learning or other learning management systems (LMS)
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate)
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Background in Human-Centred Design (HCD)
