About the Role

As part of a high-profile ERP program, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Payroll solutions, as well as supporting payroll-related data cleansing and migration activities. You will work closely with Payroll and HR Managers, bridging business needs and technical solutions to ensure a seamless transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration and design of SAP Payroll, Time, and Attendance processes.
  • Analyse payroll variances across leave, allowances, and entitlements in a government framework.
  • Collaborate with Payroll and HR Managers to align business requirements with technical solutions.
  • Support payroll and HR data migration, mapping, cleansing, and transformation into S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
  • Validate payroll system integration with HR, Finance, and third-party systems.

  • Provide technical documentation, training, and post-go-live support.
Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA payroll configuration and design.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll, time, and attendance implementations.
  • Ability to calculate payroll variances (leave, allowances, entitlements) within complex government or enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of payroll data migration and cleansing activities.
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors integration.
  • Knowledge of data quality tools (e.g., SAP Information Steward) desirable.
  • Experience in large-scale ERP programs, preferably in the government or utilities sector.
