Our client is a leading ASX Listed company and a recognised as a great brand to work for. This role will be supporting the roll-out of their strategic ERP Program transforming their business systems, processes and ways of working.
The role:
We are seeking an ERP Change Analyst for an initial 3 month contract to support the change management strategy and activities for a large ERP Program. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure stakeholders are engaged, informed, and ready for change.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of change management plans
- Facilitate workshops to assess current and future state impacts
- Monitor stakeholder readiness and resistance
- Develop communication materials and curate content for digital adoption platforms
- Assist in training delivery and stakeholder engagement activities
- Create dashboards and reports to track change progress and sentiment
- Extensive experience in change management or similar roles
- Strong understanding of change management principles, tools, and techniques
- Skilled in PowerBI, SharePoint, Visio, and O365
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Desirable experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Business Analysis, or related discipline
- PROSCI (or working towards)or similar change management certification
- Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms
