About the Role:
You will play a critical role in driving structure and visibility across complex release schedules, refresh cycles, and environment bookings—supporting multiple delivery and testing teams across the program.
Responsibilities:
- Lead environment planning, scheduling, and allocation across program workstreams.
- Manage connectivity requirements between D365 and integrated platforms.
- Coordinate and govern environment booking processes, ensuring fairness and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the release process into test environments, ensuring compliance with agreed methodologies.
- Develop and maintain detailed environment refresh schedules and support data coordination across teams.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, test managers, and program leads to ensure environment availability meets project timelines.
- Identify risks or issues with environment conflicts and proactively drive resolution.
- 8+ years of experience in IT program delivery, ideally within large-scale transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous, especially when dealing with environment dependencies, and data refresh processes.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills—able to manage across multiple streams and priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in creating structure and governance in dynamic, fast-paced program settings.
- Ability to understand complex environment dependencies without needing to perform hands-on technical tasks.
