Required Skills:
- Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams
- Strong expertise in Java and React technologies
- Ability to review and contribute to code when needed
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and deployment processes
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to pass technical assessments such as Codility
- Prior experience in hands-on coding and technical problem-solving
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working in fast-paced or scaled environments
